For all equipment applications

• a copy of the quote/schedule of what you wish to purchase with supplier details
• copy of your Drivers Licence (front and bank). ID must be certified prior to settlement by a Commissioner for Declarations or Justice of the Peace
• signed privacy form
• a brief history of your business and what you are hoping to achieve with your finance application

Some lenders may ask for more information depending on your circumstances and history within the hospitality industry, for more complex business applications we often need:

• a signed copy of your lease
• a copy of your franchise agreement (if applicable)
• some financial information will likely be required depending on the lender approached
• 6-12 months current statements on existing business loans
• copy of trust deed (if applicable)

For a business loan, depending on the nature of the security it can take between 24 hours and 1 week for approval. Following on from this it can take up to 1 week for settlement depending on speed of requested information being supplied.

For larger equipment over $55,000 we can have approvals through within 48 hours with settlement and delivery within 2 days from approval.
