Having trouble getting a loan placed for your client? Talk to us and we can help you get the deal set and approved, all while you retain client ownership and reputation for being able to get the deal done.
With strong lender relationships, high volume of settlements and a strong reputation for submission quality, often we are paid at a higher commission level than the average brokerage. We offer our broker referrers a commission split on anything submitted through our office. You see the client, you sign them up, while we process the deal and liaise with the bank. You get paid for a loan that otherwise would have fallen over.
Depending on the level of work required to process the application, we offer referral fees to those wishing to pass on a clients name and number so we can assist directly with arranging their finance. This option is often most suitable for brokers who are simply too busy to support their current workload, or solicitors and accountants looking to offer their clients an additional service.
Alternatively you can do the work preparing the submission and supplying supporting information, keeping your name and face in the fore front of your clients minds and arrange a commission split with the Alliance Group for dealing direct with the bank and managing the submission, approval and settlement paperwork. You remain the face for the client, we will even offer for you to have your logo on all of the paperwork.
This allows you to offer a service you may not have previously been able to achieve. You’ve done a home loan for your client and 6 months later they want a car loan and give you a call. You aren’t accredited for car loans, this is where we can assist. Retain your client to arrange their finance but submit your deal through the Alliance Group and get a split on a commission that you wouldn’t have previously received.
